OUR RICE
Behind each rice dish at Arrocería Ran de Mar there is extensive experience. From the selection of the best natural raw material, to the preparation and presentation of each dish. Our obsession is to offer a product that does not leave you indifferent. That allows you to feel the intensity of the Mediterranean flavor in each grain of rice.
And each rice with its own identity, its nuances and unique and different flavors. Thus, we have many varieties on the menu, being able to customize to suit each diner. They are all delicious and 100% recommendable, but the Paella marinera, the black rice, the rice with lobster in broth and the fideuà, are our favourites.

MUSSELS A LA MARINERA
|
It is, without a doubt, the dish that most defines our environment. An endive impregnated with our xató sauce, a familiar reference improved to adapt it to those intolerant to gluten.
A bit of crumbled cod, a bit of sliced bonito, some prime anchovies and some arbequinas. Pure Mediterranean in the mouth!!!
Bravas there are thousands, but ours are unique.
Made with natural sour potato, and our brava sauce.
If they are bravas they have to bite, but our sauce bites just enough to make them delicious and suitable for everyone (also for the little ones).
This really is a marinara sauce.
And you will not find it anywhere else because nobody does it like us, we assure you.
